Parcels are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via our transport partners (La Poste France for EU, Fedex for US and Canada, Swiss Post for Switzerland and the rest of the world). A tracking number is provided in your order once the shipment has been made.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot identify two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but our packaging is appropriate and reinforced for international shipments.
If, however, you notice any damage upon receiving your item due to transport, please have it immediately noted by the delivery company. You will then need to contact us with all the necessary details.
